Software as a service (SaaS, typically pronounced 'Sass') is a model of software deployment where an application is hosted as a service provided to customers across the Internet. By eliminating the need to install and run Agilis and SQL Server on your computer and servers, SaaS alleviates your burden of hardware maintenance, ongoing operation, and support. It will also reduce investment on server hardware.
The service includes off site backups, optional CDP (Continual Data Protection), redundant servers and redundant fiber internet connections. The servers are in a server farm with automatic load balancing to keep everything running as fast as we can. The computer room has its own A/C and UPS. It also includes all of the licenses for SQL Server, Terminal Server, and Windows Server. The servers are monitored 24x365 to make sure we provide maximum uptime.

Using the MSI SaaS users will hardly be able to tell that they are not running Agilis on their local desktops other than it will probably be considerably faster than what you are using now.
